Flat, dropped and multi-level ceilings
ArtFix installs flat plasterboard ceilings, dropped ceilings and designs with multiple levels. Sloping ceiling sections, bulkheads and transitions around existing building elements can also be incorporated. Each ceiling is planned around the available height, shape of the room and intended appearance rather than being treated as a standard one-size-fits-all solution.
Insulation and the right board for the room
The void behind a new ceiling can provide space for acoustic or thermal insulation and conceal existing technical elements. Standard, moisture-resistant or fire-resistant plasterboard can be selected according to the conditions and requirements of the project. The final build-up is determined only after the existing structure has been assessed.
